Adoption Application

Vetting

  • All of our dogs are spayed/neutered
  • Current on vaccines
  • Microchipped and heartworm tested (7 months and older) prior to adoption.
  • Dogs are not adopted on a first come, first serve basis.

How to Get Started

  1. Fill out an adoption application.
  2. A meet and greet will be set up with his/her foster home, at their home or yours.
  3. If all goes well, we bring him/her to your home for a home visit.
  4. We have a short trial period. (Please note ALL dogs can/will be returned to Misfit Angels if you can no longer keep or things don’t go well.)
  5. If all goes well, we send out the vetting paperwork and final adoption contract.
